This form is for any and all custom orders such as engagements, bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, graduations, holidays and more! You name it, I'll create it :) If you have pictures of the general idea/theme you are going for, please feel free to email them to me at sugar.rushworth@gmail.com.

This form is just a request. I will email you to accept your order and ask further questions about your custom cookies! Reference the calendar below for availabiity (note: I will accept order requests at any time, but please ensure that your requested delivery date is not during unavailable periods)!

*Payment is due in full to book. Once payment is received, your spot is secured on my calendar. Payment is fully refundable up to one week prior to your pick-up/shipment date, but not refundable during the week before. I am currently accepting payment via PayPal. There is a 25% rush fee for orders placed within 1 week of your requested delivery date*
